Leak & pipe repair
questions.
Before you request a visit.
How much does leak repair cost?
The location of the leak, access to the pipe and the work required can affect the cost. Describe the issue when you request service so the proposed repair and pricing can be discussed before proceeding.
What if I can’t see where the leak starts?
You can still request service. Tell us where you have noticed moisture, when it first appeared and whether it is constant or comes and goes. The next step and any access needed can then be discussed.
Can I request an urgent appointment?
Use the call button to discuss an urgent leak or pipe problem. Availability must be confirmed. Submitting a request does not book a visit.
What should I include in my request?
Share your town, where you have noticed the leak, when it started and whether water is still leaking. Mention any previous repairs in that area and include your preferred timing.
