Seasonal home
plumbing questions.

Before you request a visit.

When should I book opening or winterization?

Send your request before your planned opening or closing date. Include your preferred timing and whether the water is currently on. Availability and the work required must be confirmed before a visit is booked.

Can work be arranged while I’m away?

Let us know whether you will be at the property. Access, entry instructions, a contact person and the agreed scope of work need to be confirmed before work is scheduled.

Do you help with year-round cottages?

Tell us whether you use the property year-round or seasonally, along with the repairs or planned work you need. Your plumbing setup and the proposed work can then be reviewed before a visit is confirmed.

What should I include in my request?

Share your town, opening or closing plans, plumbing concerns and preferred timing. Tell us whether the water is currently on and whether you will be at the property, so access and the next step can be discussed.
